Ya we get the turbo deisel engine up here

When they are sold in the states they will not be sold with that engine....it will be a gas ....or so I have been told.....

It's funny smart cars are getting to be common up here......I though I would never stop staring at those things!

this one anyone could drive even though technically it's a standard it's that electronic shifting like in newer automatics, where you only have to push the shifter forward to shift up and you don't even have to lift your foot off of the gas, and there's no clutch pedal, so if your on a hill the car will start to roll like a standard would but as soon as you hit the gas the clutch electronically kicks in, it's really weird to get used to

in real world mileage these things get around 70 - 80 MPG

There is no replacement for displacement, except for the turbo in my basement.

                          How Fast????

Well let's just say you won't set any records.....

An echo would walk all over a smart car......the only war a smart car will win is a MPG shoot out.

I do however remember watching a video..... maby on youtube of a modded smart car beating a supercar.........major mods there!

Kind of like what evogun did

I could add my mower and it will give it about 5 more mph. Dam it if we can get it we can remake it (he he) Now do I sound like a Festiva owner or what? Mamabear

They are selling those over here by me. They have a bunch of them. They go for mid to high 20Ks. A lot of money for a little car.
