  • pics of my monster....

It's been awhile since I've been on here... been driving this thing for the last 5 months as my DD.

95 bp motor with a 89 323 trans. act 6 puck clutch. aspire brakes and booster. spec-v seats. and a civic mugen front bumper.

might get off my lazy rear and install lowering springs tommorrow and the cws headlight conversion I've had in my garage for 4 yrs now.

rims are 15" csa on some kick butt toyo's. lots of other little things I've done but those are the big things.[/img]

I'll grab a pic of the engine bay tommorrow. the mounts for the tranny are easy the rear one is the 323 bracket mounted on the tranny with the mount being the rear escort one with one of the bolts cut off and flipped upside down. and the fron one is a stocke festiva one. with the escort brack on the tranny modified. and the pass. side is the stock mount with a different bracket welded to it. the 2 tranny mounts have a chunk of nylon lathed down and pressed in so there pretty much solid.

I'll have to get a better pick of the bumper. it's been shortened 6" in the middle. and I gotta get my mesh and &$%^& put on it.

no time slips yet. I've only been to the track this yr once and I took my srt-4 out to try and solve a few issue's I've had with that money pit. but I"ve ran alot of cars on the highway with it and we figure it's around a 14.8-15.2

engine shot... I know it's dirty....

                the front motor mount

the pass. mount... the pic of the rear didn't turn out the best but I do have it on my camera...

the interior has sentra spec-V seats. 50/50 fold down rear's and all the plastic panels on the inside were painted black. I built a false floor for the hatch and carpeted it and tossed my spare sub and amp in it. I have a trim bezel around the stereo all shave and 3 gauges are going in where the vents are. the hatch is hard to see because it's black but it's shaves with a licence plate box frenched in.

Is that a new festy that you put that engine in??? didn't you car use to be a darker blue with a splash down the side??? If I remember correct a picture of you car doing a burnout was in sport compact car a few years back under the article sleepy street.......or was that somone else??????

Where you the first to mount a G25MR tranny or the First to Drive a festy with a G25MR????? or both???? I allways thought that Fred was the first to do that......Or was it that he was the first to have a B6T with a G25MR combo???

anyways.....keep up the good work.....you just need some N20 or Turbo now to get you in the 13's

I had my motor and tranny in and mounted in my blue one way back in the day. it went in for paint and they jerked me around and it just ended up going to the crusher. my buddy bought this one for $300 and we put a spare motor I had in it and when he was done with it I bought it off him for $700. after I got my setup in me and fred talked and he started his swap and we just figured what worked and what didn't and I bought a 04 srt-4 and put the festy on the back burner and fred got his running sooner then me.
