Dubuque may be a stretch for me. Id have to head back about the time I got there so I wouldn't get much of a chance to see the scenery. That would be 13-14 hours round trip providing I didn't stop to eat or visit the rest areas. I didn't realize it was clear over by the Illinois border.

Iowa's a bit of a stretch for me, especially driving my Taurus. Anyone have any interest in meeting up in Southern Illinois/Eastern Missouri/Western Kentucky?

Sounds like a great time and a chance to get away from all the hubbub. I just moved into my new lake house in Crystal lakes and have a lot of work to do before i start playin in the water yet. Lake is still frozen here. Still tryin to get a back glass in one of the fessies and the other has developed and NO POWER syndrome after driving for about 30 min. Keep me in mind tho and i will try to stay in touch. Thanx so much for the invite. I will try and make it. Ketch Yawl later. Cappyg

Sikeston is about 25 further than Dubuque Iowa. Lambert's sounds good though. I getting hungry just thinking about it. The Lambers in Ozark Mo sounds better. Ive got a buddy who plays golf and could put me up in Springfield.

Lets do it, bring your clubs. My buddy is a lawyer in Springfield but he's a good guy anyway plus a country club member so we could probably play as guests. I bet festivawes would make the trip also, he isn't far off in Joplin. Juryrigger lives down in that area too. The spring weather will be three weeks ahead of northern Iowa to top it off.

Ozark may be a little tough for me. 11 hours round trip. I'll have to mull it over. I'm a poor college student. I don't know what my cash situation will be in April.

^ well just come up and stay, then it would only be a 5 1/2 drive. We need to get a roll call of who all is coming for sure then do a scatter graph and find the statistical geographical center and meet there no matter where it is. As long as there are festivas there we will all be entertained.

I could probably do Ozark if I had a place to crash for a night. Assuming I have the cash, and you don't mind me showing up in a Taurus, I'm in.
