Attended FF 05

I was at FF 05 for the day Sat. Got to meet some of the guys from the board and watch some racing! (yes there was a Festiva racing) This is a great environment for a meet, I encourage more people to mark there calenders next year to attend this event. Met Roger from FMS, Dj who owns this site and others, some from the yahoo mailing list. I had to be home Sun., but if its held here next year I will really try to attend both days. I even won an award! (Thanks Roger and DJ)

Yes only 7 and 2 were from the yahoo group and the race car was at the race. So of the 624 registered users on this forum only 4 made it :cry: .

not really.....dj and roger & rogers buddy in that teal car were going regardless, as was tim deronne in that red racecar.

So i guess roger's buddy didn't come. He has like 2 or 3 festivas, a teal 92 GL auto w/kyb specials & springs and he has a silver one with aspire brake swap and a b6 swap i think.

We never made it out on the track except for pictures. The racing took too long and they cannot run on the track afer a certain time.

There will be many more pictures posted once DJ gets back home. He and Roger took alot of pics.

I would have loved to come but michigan was to far, especially with my festy in its current state. I can gaurentee my festiva for next year( I think I said this last year) but do to some monetary set backs, I will be where it is next year, hell you could hold it in montana, and I would show up ! I want to meet some of you guys

yeah I would've rode up with roger but his car don't have a/c #1, and #2 he has ridiculous racing seats that aren't adjustable, the super lightweight kind that tuck your ass into the seat hardcore. That would've been hell riding up lol.
