Festiva Madness, should be a 2 day event....because alot of us are driving a day for a 4 hr. meet..........But I know it will last all weekend......and we are going to that other meet too. Right Dean? And will be drinking and having a good ol time Woot!!
On another note I am thinking of bringing a group activity for everyone but we'll see. I have a 10'X20' r/c racetrack, and 6 cars but I do not know if anybody will be into it. Or just talking festivas.....

How late does Festiva Madness usually last on Saturdays? Will it last til Sunday morning? Just checking because if so, me and the wifey will get a hotel in Raleigh. In addition, if I get there at 9 or 930, is that gonna be too early?

I'll be in Tennessee this weekend. My high school is having a 50 year homecoming party and parade for the homecoming game.
Otherwise, I'd be there for sure! Dean, i can't wait for you to see the Britstiva!!

Your welcome to come up.
Will post time and location later this week.
Not sure if Sam has the bumper here in Raleigh or at the farm.
You will have to check with him about that.

I like it flat black! Take some gloss black and spray paint some flames on it to make them pop from the flat back ground and you'd have one mean looking Festiva!
I saw the idea in a toy car that Toys R Us carries... it's called Black Bandit series by Greenlight.

Sounds like a fair trade, lol.
That's why they say you're the best Dean.

Thanks Sam_1956
Madness meet is just under two weeks away.
Wife's 92 GL Festiva is still at the body shop.
Her car should be back here middle of next week.
The plan was to have her car done and the b6t car in next for final paint.
Since there was not time before Madness to get this done.
Sam offered to come over and help rattle can flat black the b6t.
Thank you Sam for helping get most of the car painted today.
Later this week, hood, body kit , grill will also be painted flat black.

I'm really looking forward to this meet! I can't wait! I'm getting so excited!
I'm bringing that trunk lid I got from last year's pick-a-part Festiva and giving it to Skimsucka. Does anyone have an extra front bumper laying around that they would like to donate my way?
Mine has some damage to it and the it's bowed up like it's pouting. LOL
I can't wait to show off Britstiva! I've been working on it some more since the last pics!Last edited by Britstiva; 09-19-2009, 09:13 PM.
