Anyone headed down there from MD, VA, WV, PA area want to try and hook up for a convoy? Planning on leaving early Fri. morning here. Not sure how I'm going yet, kind of depends on if anyone wants to convoy, and where we might want to meet up.

You will make it. Done two over 1400 mile round trips to the Ohio meet in my high miles Festiva.

I knew if I had a problem while at the meet, there would be lots of help to fix.

We have the members coming that can fix anything and I have lots of spare parts.

    Maybe you can convoy up.

Anyone who wants more info or has questions, contact me and I'll try to help.

I worked at Pope Ford here in ATL in 1988-1990...the most Festivas we ever had was about 10. I remember there was a 1990 Festy with one of those weird tail finishers below the rear window on the lot for almost six months...the next year model was coming in, so I asked what kind of deal they could give me on it. I already had a 1989 L, so I knew what a fine car it was...the sales manager said he wouldn't budge because nobody could tell the difference between the 1990s and the 1989s. What a doof!

    300+ in one place?! OMG!

I can't remember seeing many at the local Ford dealerships during that time frame. Come to think of it... I can't remember what I did yesterday...
