Count me in....
Any food/beverage plans?
I could bring something if needed. I think those pavilions have grills, right?
-Scott
***On second thought, I'll bring Brats for all, charcoal, and man the grill. Lets get a count together, so I know how many to bring.

I hear ya!
Johnson Brats, the ones you can buy around here, are good...but nothing compared to those brats up in that area. I lived in St. Louis for several years a long time ago. My neighbor was an exec for Anheizer-Bush. They had a big blow-out every summer, with plenty of budweiser, and brats from a local butcher boiled in beer for 6 hours first, and then finished on the grill. This was actually just across the river from St Louis, in Collinsville, IL, which is the hoseradish capitol of the country -- so each brat had fresh local horseradish and yellow mustard, unless you opted for saurkraut. DAMN those were good! I always helped with the grill, so my wife took home and froze tons of leftovers since they cooked for a couple hundred guests and there was plenty. We had brats all year from that event for the 4 years we lived there!
