2010 Festiva Madness meet. Date?

We outta just have it at your house then.......I don't think anybody driving 500+ miles is gonna not come because it's 600 miles. And they will show b/c we showed them that we were willing to do whatever to get there. I wish you knew all the crap I went thru to get all you guys up there. 300+miles to help you.....200+ miles to carry rj parts and chris alternators.....Sorry to moan and groan, but I worked my butt off to get us up as a group....

4th Annual Festiva Madness date is Oct 2nd, 2010

Date is set for the 1st Saturday in Oct 2010.

All furture Festiva Madness meets will also be held the 1st Saturday of Oct each year.

With all the other Festiva events at other times of the year, this seems to be the best firm date so everyone can plan time off to attend a Festiva Madness meet.

Looking at each year having some kind of a theme meet.

More details will follow when the meet thread is started.

For FM4 I am not sure if I will be here. In April i leave for a 6 month "vacation" to afghanistan. So I will be getting back in October. Whether its in time for the meet or not, I will not know until they tell me that we are coming home. So I will be looking forward to pictures of the meet.

The date was set so maybe there will not be two meets the same weekend.

There are several other meets the wife and I would like to attend.

Some folks only have a small amount of vacation each year.

If everyone one set some dates, plans can be made to attend them in advance.

More folks show up at meets with set dates in advance.

I checked some older threads where meet dates could not be decided till the last few weeks.

There was very low numbers attending.


You can't always have a meet date and time everyone can attend.


So here it is Festiva Madness Meets are the 1st Saturday of Oct each year.


Madness members have attended the Ohio meet the last 2 years.
That meet has been Memorial Day weekend.

4th Tiva meet in Lincolnton, NC is put on by Motoxpress & Ladyblaster
was put on the 4th of July weekend this year.
It appears this will be a annual event on the 4th.
Maybe Motoxpress or Lady Blaster will confirm this as the date.



It was easy to plan to attend due to the date being set.

There should be the FL meet in Feb or March and the Ohio meet in May.

Looks like you will be able to make one or two before you have to leave
