OK folks, time for an update. I checked out Hotels/Motels in Palm Bay area and since we are budget traveling, V8Festiva and I decided to go with the Motel 6 which is at I-95 and Malabar Rd exit 173 in Palm Bay. Reservations made. Room rate is 45.99 (wifi is extra)

The Comfort Suites across the road goes for $109. There is a Quality Inn nearby (I think it is one exit up) that is $55 and a Jameson Inn for $70. There is also a Holiday Inn Express close by $85. Take your choice. You don't have to stay with us, we just wanted to let you all know what we decided. These seem to be the going rates for these places.

Dean, I'm planning on being there! What time do you want everyone to meet? Also, it will be a good idea for everyone to bring some tools and plan on getting your hands dirty!
