NeptuneZeek, I did indeed drag my Festiva to FM3 last year. (video of a FM3 planning session where I debuted Britstiva can be seen here: http://www.fordfestiva.com/forums/sh...a+madness+meet)

I wasn't sure it would make the drive, plus I had ton of parts to get rid of (those were tucked away in the back of my Freestyle). I had gravelcrawler drive my Aspire so both cars could be at the meet.

So don't be ashamed of a dent in the side... There are more cars with dents than those without. LOL

You can always tell them you were on Safari when this big rhino came out of nowhere and tried to mate your festiva! LOL The mighty power of the 1.3L was able to pull the car out from underneath and zoom off!

And here are some pics to tempt you even more!

Here is one from FM1, we had 7 cars, but this pic was taken before #7 rolled in, another blue festiva.

    FM2
We had a total of 23 cars!

    FM3
    We had 55 cars!

    FMIV????

You wouldn't want to miss out on all that fun would you?!?!?!

^This is the best "CAR MEET" ever! These are the best group of people on the planet.
It doesnt matter if your car runs or not. jeremy towed his festy last year and this is
what mine looked like at madness last year.

This is my car after some "bearings mishap"

That part wasn't directed at you, but to every in general!
But, the committee, does appreciate your support!

It is a sight to behold!

And we owe Dean a debt of gratitude, for putting his heart and sole into this event, years before!
This would not be, if it wasn't for him, as well as Barb and Sam!

This year we have a committee who is doing a fine job of bringing everything together!:notworthy:

Please, if they ask, try and help anyway you can.

You won't be but it wouldn't matter if you were. If it'll make you feel better I can really lie about my age (more than usual) and be younger than you if you want!

Did you happen to see the pic of Deans car? He hosted the meet and drove it with no grill, no bumpers, no hood, no interior!! It's the love of festiva's that brings us together.

No snobs, or judges. My car has a nice dent in every panel.

You gotta make it....Last year it was free rides in 150+hp festivas for ALL!!!!!!!!!!!! And we went and flooded a "nice", "classic" car show. It was great.

It's a life changing experience, and you get to see how peoples posts match personalities.

Good. Because you don't want to see some of these guys have to twist your arm:p

You're not so far away that Britstiva can't come fetch you with the tow dolly. Yes, he actually towed his own Festy to Madness last year. Or I bet Batstivas Festiva master key would start it for a carjacking!
