    The Festiva Madness team is meeting this week to start discussing the details for FM5!

    So far here is what we know for sure:

    Date: Always the first weekend of October. This year is October 1, 2011

    We will post more info on location and the fun details as soon as we get it planned out!

    Last year we had 69 cars total (Festivas and Aspires)

    Let's break the record again!!!

    FM1= 7 cars
    FM2= 22 cars
    FM3= 55 cars
    FM4= 69 cars!!!

    My guess is the schmuck was driving someone else's car. His address did not check out (doesn't exist) and he was not insured through Safe Auto. I wonder if he had a fake ID, too. Plate could also have been stolen. (I didn't see a front plate on the remains of the front bumper cover.)

    I'll be updating my "crash thread" as I get new info.

    I hope so! I hope to finish her up in the next week. Waiting on injection parts right now, and figuring out my air intake design. Twinstiva got smushed and is awaiting the insurance guy, Luxstiva runs okay but needs overhauled and I'm not taking her on the freeway or long trips. So Aqua needs to get on the road!

    Hey Safety... you gonna have your project car on the road by FM5? I'd love to check that out!

    Thanks Brit! I suppose "fiasco" wasn't the best word.

    Greg, get there a day or two early, or stay a day late, and you'll have your wish!

    It was hardly a "fiasco" safety guy. However, point noted.

    We are working on the "leader car" idea though and to add to that... are planning on having a printed map with the route listed to hand out to everyone.

    So good ideas! Keep'em coming!

    so if camping is somthing people would be interested in checking into the KOA or any of the surrounding camping areas might be workable ......its jus a thought
