OK, 10 days and counting. This past weekend my yellow 42 car decided to die. I guess it was feeling neglected and was trying to say "look at me." The next day, ICPstiva decided to die at almost the same intersection. Must be jinxed. LOL We have been hard at work on all the others here trying to have them ready for the meet. Going to be down to the wire getting everything we want to get done finished but we will make it. Can't wait to see everybody.

I've had the 30th booked off work for a couple months now

My travel plans are to leave around 4:00am on the 30th, i am probably stopping at nerd racing's house to drop off a steering wheel then drive like crazy and eventually stop at daniel_couger's house to drop off a hood, then continue all the way to Raleigh

I'm hoping to arrive around 8 pm to hang out for a bit then find a place to crash for the night, then obviously the meet on saturday, then the drive home on sunday

My plan is to head out Thursday after work and spend the night at a friends place in Morgantown, WV. That'll cut the Friday trip roughly in half....about 7 hours to Raleigh from there.

If he's not in a hurry to get that hood.
I and enemy will be at FMV and both of us pass Oakhill, WV to get home.
How much driving from Nerds house will it save you if one of us could take it for you?

Enemy, you want to chime in?

Yep, if anyone passes through Charleston On Thursday night they can stay at my place and convoy to Raleigh on Friday.

As far as the hood If he is on 77 he may aswell drop it off at Daniels. If not I don't mind picking it up and dropping it to him.

Also I have a room booked if someone needs a place to stay or wants the floor to sleep on.

He's driving in from Canada to south of Buffalo, NY and 77/Oak hill, WV is just a "little" out of the way.
Just trying to save him some serious drive time if possible.

You get a single bed room? I was thinking of seeing if anyone was wanting to split a room myself

That would solve the hood transport issue!
