LOL, what you will hear is me whooping!

Things are going slower than I planned. Forgot I needed to swap throttle bodies, and the gasket on this one is TOUGH to get off. Ren and I have taken turns scraping it. Should be Monday evening sometime at the latest.

If I make it, I could certainly bring a case of drinks for the cookout.
What's the destination address for Friday night, though? I don't think I've seen that one.

If you make the drive from TX, do not worry, I will personally buy the case of drinks!

PM Smedely for the address, I don't want to post up someone else's addy.

Question about Madness: are we thinking about having a raffle of stuff that people bring and donate, to defray the cost of Madness for Barb etc?

I could pitch in a little bit on that, Tom. I've got a stock steering wheel and a stock radio minus the tape.. I don't think it'd bring much at all, but it's something...

Shoot! I almost forgot! I offered to sell a member an escort console to help pay for madness. I need to get back to him!

Tom, I think that is an excellent idea!

Dean always wanted Madness to be something that was free for attendees, but I am sure he wouldn't have minded someone kicking in a few bucks, especially a community effort to bring about all of our favorite holiday of the year!

                      • One thing I will bring for raffling off: my Festy rear seat. Blue herringbone style with one-piece seatback, excellent condition.

                        • Get it cleaned first

                          Haha.
If I have any nice junkyard scores in the next couple of months, I will bring that, but as of right now, I don't have any desirable Festiva parts.

Ewww! Be sure and remove all those herring bones before you get rid of it!

Did they come from a red herring by any chance? (Most of it's probably cartilage anyway.)
