Got back home to Charleston at 3:30...
Had are great time at Madness. Was there at Madness 4 2010, but arrived late and left early so I didn't have time to meet many people and put
names with faces.

This year I got to meet lots of people and put names with faces. Won't list names because I don't want to leave
anyone out....just want to say how much I appreciate all the people who had any part in putting this fabulous Festiva weekend together.

Wuznt me . back in good ol pensyltucky now. It was good to finally put Some names with faces. Me and tom talked about that for a bit, he thought I was gonna be some middle aged guy for some reason lol I mean come on I have a car with an argyle hood and a breakdancing bear in my sig . Thanks for everyone who bought stickers, decals and koozies it paid for my trip down and remember that a percentage of that goes back to the site so you helped the community out as well, I owe a big fat check to Willie . Sorry I didn't stick around sat night it would have been great to get Irish wit you guys but I didn't know how you rolled so I got a room by kings dominion for 2 nights that I payed in advance for. I thought arty was my in to be able to stay oh well next year I will stay and bring jackassery and shananagans with me. And I wish I would have got to meet this Chris guy too

You can look at what's in there. I will delete the duplicates and others when they finish uploading. I have all photos from this weekend in that album.

Glad everyone had a good time. I am always glad to see my old friends and get to meet new ones. Thanks to the committee for all their help. The final car count was 53 with possibly a few others that didn't sign up that I have heard about. If you came and didn't sign in, please let us know. I would like to find out who I missed meeting.

Farthest traveled this year went to drddan. And, I was so glad he could make madness. He became my new official snake handler. We were sitting out front talking Friday night and a copperhead about 3 feet long, decided to come join the party. He was coming straight for me and Dan. Dan took care of that in short order. Thanks. I don't have pics, but a couple of other folks do, so maybe they will put one up. Dan also got the Bad Luck award for his overheating issues he had to overcome to get here. Actually, all issues were fairly minor that I heard about.

Oldest build date went to RobJo - 2-88. No 1987s here this year.

High Mileage award went to 1990new at 332,000.

Lowest mileage went to me (LOL) for Kermit at 89,287. I didn't realize how low his mileage was until I was cleaning him up for Madness a couple of weeks ago and got to looking at the odometer.

Best Beater went to Wolfgar12

Fan Favorite went to guage_half_inch.

And, we did a Dean Allen award to Scitzz. To those of you who don't know, this is an occasional award for someone who makes a significant contribution to helping out other Festiva owners.

I forgot the poker run. We ended up not having a lot of players. The winner is local man from Wake Forest named Mike. He ended up with a full house! For 5 card stud, I think that is awesome. I'm working on getting Mike on the forum. Hopefully after meeting everyone at Madness, he will do it.
