        • Made it back safely. Total drive time round-trip was 33 hours (due to a side trip to northern Indiana to visit with Matt Dickmeyer, on the way to Madness). I am wasted.

It was great to meet some new people, like Festevil3, Jawja Jim, the Canadians, etc., and get to see people I already know. Bought some parts, sold some parts; ended up making a profit on the trip of ~$150, after all expenses!

                1. How many Festivas and Aspires made it?
                2. Who won the various awards?

                    • greywolf, we missed you, but there will be another one!

                      Here is the final tally.
                      36 car, 35 Festivas and 1 Aspire.

                      Winners:
We only had one player on the Scavenger hunt, Local friend named Mike, he might have won anyhow, because he had 20 of 22 possible points. The point of the game is to get our Festivas out and running around town a little so they will be seen, but we need to figure out how to get folks to play. Anyhow, he did an awesome job.

Highest miles was Redroket with 360,248
Lowest miles was Corichama with 115,000
Bad Luck award went to Lulu who's exhaust came apart in Kentucky and they were almost deaf by the time they got here. They also had to run on 2 snow tires because they couldn't get a couple of regular 12's in time. I know that was a rough ride. They got the exhaust welded back together Saturday after the meet so hopefully the trip home was quieter!
Earliest Build date went to Sactnato with a 10/87.
Farthest Traveled went to the pretty green Festiva owned by Tabitha that came 1,528 miles from Thunder Bay Canada.

Best Beater also went to Lulu. When the pictures all get posted, you will see she was campaigning for it! But, she definitely had some competition.

Fan Favorite went to our non-forum friend Victor from Columbia SC with his pretty little tricked out Red Festy.

We also did a Dean Allen Award this year and it went to PU241. The look of surprise on his face when Scitzz called his name was priceless. Stivadiva is still laughing about it. She knows how hard it is to pull a surprise on John.

Congrats to all the winners and our many thanks to everyone who made the effort to come. We had a blast and I think everyone had a good time. Links to more pictures to come.
