im pretty sure theres a setting in the "user CP" you have to change.

user cp is on the bar that runs along the top.

user cp
-edit options
--go down to Miscellaneous Options

if you want mass amount of smilies goto "enhanced Interface"

then save changes.


then it will give you the "more" option everyones talking about in new posts.
