Getting a new audio system???

thats my view, lol, i see any deck with pre outs lower than 4v no good. my eclipse has 8v preouts lol, and the highest alpine goes is 4v and thats their new high end or old school ish

What wiring thing should I get? A link would be most helpful or tell me exactly what to ask for?

they dont make a harness for "festivas" its a mazda harness for old 323s and b2200 pickup, also fit mercury tracers, thats what it says on the package,m it wont say festiva, but it WILL work
