that comes with the radio you bought. there are only about 10 wires its quite simple.

imho the kits are better.
Unless you plan to be the final owner of the car,
It's just a PITA for the next owner to figure out your wiring.

I would be willing to make pigtail adapters for any member, if you sent me the plugs + wiring schematic that came with your new stereo. They would be plug and play. No splicing, soldering, butt joints, tape, cutting or short circuits. I have the proper connectors and terminals.
I de-soldered the plugs on the back of my stock radio and used the socket from the stock radio as my adapter it did take some time also not recommended if you plan on using the stock radio again, but I found that this way was the cheapest and easiest way to do it without destroying the wires inside the car.
