That's a oem replacement, with your bp, you'll toast that thing in 45 days in you beat on it.

dont think its an oem replacement

"Its use is widely accepted in autocross, Slalom, Solo I, mini-stock, and rallying: and it is often used in dual-purpose vehicles that are still driven on the street."

but you dont want a solid hub disc anyways, makes for harsh engagement and its really not necessary.... sprung hub all the way :thumbright:

The pressure plate is 10-15% stronger than stock, so it would work with the BP as long as you aren't beating on it. IF you are planning on racing or autocross, i would suggest getting something with a bit more holding power.

I just spoke with SPEC, and they have a Stage3 (for a stock B3 flywheel) they claim will hold up to racing with a modded B6T, $350 IIRC.

yep, i plan on using the stage 3 in my festiva..... i have a spec stage 2 in my mx3 with 185 crank hp and i couldnt ask for anything more, its perfect

SPEC makes a great clutch, worth the price

honestly right now i cant afford a 300 dollar clutch, could i put in the SACHS clutch for temporary (like 3-5weeks) use? of would it totally suck, slip and fail? because after i do the swap and get it running and get exhaust done and what not, i am disassembling it again to paint, clean and what not.

that clutchnet setup is the one sport compact car magazine used in their never finished festiva BPT build up article. clutchnet told them it was good for 200HP.
