Hi everyone sorry if this has been covered before but, could someone list all the parts you need to do a manual to auto swap? And is it hard to do?
It would be for a 1990 5 spd Festiva.
-93' L BP swap/e-series, coilovers, RIO front swap, redrilled festy drums, Miata 14" 7 spokes.

Post your Festiva or Aspire repair and maintenance issues. - USE THIS FORUM FOR ANY TECHNICAL RELATED POST (IE. How do I change my oil?, How to remove axle from tranny?, etc)
There are a couple other topics out there also, but they are a little harder to find. Switching from manual to automatic or vice-versa is never an easy swap. Some engine swaps are easier. Not saying it is impossible, but that there is a lot involved and our cars are simpler than most.

If you do decide to do the swap, I think I could help out, I have a peds and shifter assym, I also still have the busted trans and coverter if you need any switches or odds and ends, be willing to give them to ya for a small donation to the site.
I talked my parents into letting me get a manual, since I'm already having a really hard time finding a festiva to buy.
