How hard would this be?

Drive it down to Grand Forks with all the parts and I can help you to do the swap. We can use my shop and I have the tools to do it. Stefan lives in Winnipeg and he could help too. He is knowledgeable when it comes to festivas and probably would be willing to go to the yards with you to help you get the items you need.

Stefan lives 2 blocks away from me lol. He's the one that got me into Festivas... But he's pretty busy with his job. According to him, lately the Winnipeg Junk Yards haven't had any festivas.

My buddy in Grand Forks know of a festy for sale for 100 bucks.. if It's got good parts I might just drive down, swap that... then drive back up..

Only thing I need to do is learn how to drive stick!

sounds like you guys are surrounded by cheap festy's and i cant even find one out here in CA!? ahhhh!!!
