Sweet! I've wanted to do that too... make sure you tak lots of pics! That way its easier for me to do one

So your going to move the O2 sensor under the motor? Is the wire on the O2 sensor just a regular wire? or a special one?

dont try to bend the stuff, just pick up pre mandrel bent sections then cut and weld.

heres I set I did for mingun ... started with some simple U bends ( its cheaper to use 180degree compared to 90 degrees , you get twice as much bend to play wiht )

Nice job NovaSS looks great. I notice you put the O2 sensors on only one cylinder (per side) Is it possible to do that with the 4 cylinders? will ths cause any issues? at least that way you wouldnt have to extend the wire.

i just got off the phone with muffler tech and they want about $13 per 1.25 inch u-bend and about $15 per 1.5inch u-bend. that is the smallest they could get. if im doing my math right, that is gonna cost me $56 just for the tubing, never mind the collector at the end and the flanges at each end... BTW dose anyone have a pic of the exhaust ports on a b3, im wondering if they are oval or round, the ones on my bp are oval....

BP are oval due to the TWO exhaust valves for each cyl. festy's are teardrop shaped.

update: i bought my tubing and have them about 1/6 done. i bought 1.5 inch tubing...... the reason is that the 1.1/4 looked so small it would look stupid, and i dont like that.... when im done ill post up all the pics. so far they look GOOD very high performance

i'll be the first to say that i warned you about going too big. stock B6 exhaust valves are 1.26" and as i stated earlier, try to get the tubing in the 70-80% range for the primaries.

too bad he's running EFI. if it were carbed, those MIGHT be useable. (still too big for the street though)

I was looking into 1", perhaps 1 1/8" tubing for a Turbo B6 mani... stock exhaust is like 1.5" (or is it 1.75? its been a while since I've had stock), either way I think 1.5" would be too big even for a turbo setup on a B6, not to mention a B3. Perhaps 1.5" on a BP-T... but hey, if looks are more important, then who cares, right!

Before I get into buying parts though I'm going to try to find a little more detailed info on runner lengths etc.
