This is the type of pulley I've got. Just mine has the extra serp pulley. it has the big notch in it. The timing gear has the raised lip also. It came from the 1995 mazda protege 1.8 SOHC (small nose crank)
    1991 stiva.

Does the 88-97 Festiva/Aspire Engine from FestivaMotorsports require the 93 style pulley w/No Key or Earlier Style w/Key?

^ that pic has the big nose crank .See the small pin?

Look closely at Freshtiva's pics, See how small the alignment pin hole is?

The other uses the square feature.

The 92's had the large nose crank as of build date of 02-01-92, split model year- I hate when they do that.

I may Be Buying that New Engine here shortly if funds go as Planned & Grab that Escort Underdrive Crank Pulley Since it will fit that New Motor. I'm glad we got to the bottom of it though so anyone else that needs one will know that those pulleys will work & I'm sure a lot easier to find over the OEM Festy P/S Crank Pulley. Thanks again guys!
