My b3 have been burning oil and have blowby. The intake was filling with oil after very short time. So I have bought an oil catch tank that have three nipple outlets. Two of them are at the top and the other one is at the bottom. I connected one of the top nipples for the outlet from the valve cover and the other, I routed some pipe to the back of the car. Also routed the lower nipple to the engine oil pan. Here is the photo.

Anyway, you should make sure that you vent it in a way that it creates a pressure differential large enough to scavenge those gases. You can run the pipe under the car with the opening facing the back and that should help.Oscar
