OK i am going to be redoing my exhaust system when i do my bp swap and i got the header and cat and will be getting the flex pipe and muffler, but don't have the pipping yet and was curious if i could use conduit piping for that. Since it is really cheap could i use it? If not why couldn't i use?

Yeah you can and it is cheap. Probably wont flow the best and weigh more than exhaust, but yeah it will work. I think skeeter used it on his.

it's zinc plated, where exhaust tube is aluminum plated. Zinc decomposes into Zinc Oxide or Dioxide (don't recall which), which can be poisonous in very large doses. But that would require burning the zinc in an enclosed room.

Right and make sure you use 4" pipe. Just to be future proof. Never know when you'll throw a holset on that BP.

Don't know how much the cost would be, but we used aluminum conduit (EMT) where I used to work. Less weight in the ceiling. (plus easier to work with). I'm fairly sure it wasn't coated.
