  • O2 Sensor Fooler

Ok, I need to fool the O2 sensor.
I am fitting my car with a hydrogen generator. So heaps of oxigen will be coming out the exaust. So I need something to turn down how it senses the O2. Its gonna be a fuel/hydrogen hybrid so its very important, otherwise the more hydrogen that goes in the more fuel it will chuck in because it thinks its not getting enough there for canceling out what I am trying to do!

    Thanx guys!

    I wonder

I wonder how the guys at Dynamic Fuel Systems do it?

Unfortunately, their web site is down right now.

I believe you need to bypass the 02 sensor, so that the sensor does not detect the Hydrogen. Bring the Hydro in after the sensor.I will look at the book I have and make sure, get back to you.
I think the above website is back up too.

        This should be entertaining!
Brianfestiva, just buy a HHO kit, a good one, has all the things that will make this farce "work"!

              hydrogen

As you all know, hydrogen is highly explosive. Just look at the Hindenburg video if you don't believe me. It cannot be transported around without a license to do so. It can be made on the fly and metered into the internal combustion engine to increase mileage. It is most effective on large trucks that travel great distances.
I have seen one of the units on the back of a pickup truck. I think it was more for advertising than effectivity.

There are a lot of sensors and computer signals which must be analyzed and the hydrogen feed rate must be tweaked for every individual vehicle.
Good luck with your hydrogen project.

I play around with this some , what you need is an adaptor that screws into the pipe that backs the sensor out away from the exhaust . I got mine off ebay , there is lots of info out there on this - just dig in and do it .

To get rid of the "Brown Scum" in your HHO generator, only use non magnetic, non-rusting stainless steel. Also, only use distilled and/or rain water and unsweetened Cool-aid in your cell. Always wash your plates in distilled white vinegar before assembly. Run your cell for 1 hour, then let the oxidation settle. Pour off the good water and clean the cell with distilled water and distilled white vinegar. Now you can put the clean water back into the cell. Your ready to go, no more brown scum!

I made one once. It was VERY effective at splitting water. Looked like the water was boiling it was bubbling so much. Didn't do squat for fuel economy. Didn't melt anything either, though so
Any difference that makes no difference is no difference.
