I have everything ready for B3/B6 2-V pistons. Essentially if someone is serious enough to order, I'm serious enough to build. I once involved myself in building Festiva parts that everyone one wanted but few were serious enough to purchase. No offense, shop time is too valuable & I can't do that again. depending on work load, I can have pistons ready in a week. I have been working on BP pistons/rods at the moment because I have a serious customer who has put money down. So anyone serious, feel free to call. As I progress, I will post pictures of the BP parts I am working on.

So, why did Mazda design these with such extreme swirl to begin with? I was under the impression that the swirl was to help in the atomization of fuel for MPG and emissions...yet your saying that high swirl causes the fuel to seperate? Is it just the boost that causes the separation...as in too much motion (a little motion mixes but too much seperates)?

is the swirl just intended to exposes more of the air/fuel mix to combustion? If so, doesn't the effect of fuel separation have a negative effect on efficiency and emissions?
