    A lot of the ones on eBay, you either gut the stock one and plumb them inline on the return, or if you can find/make a flange that bolts in place of the stock FPR, you can use that and plumb a line between the FPR and flange on the return. They still require a vacuum signal.

    Adjusting a FPR is basically placing pre-load on the internal spring/diaphragm assembly. The B&M kit replaces the upper half the FPR with a new diaphragm and heavier spring as well as a clamp-on canister that has a nut and stud to adjust spring pre-load, much in the same way you would adjust rockers under a valve cover. Loosen the nut, adjust until you reach the desired pressure, tighten the nut and hook the vacuum line back up.

    The ones on eBay are $25-$50.
