Balllllllerrrrr! do you have pics of your setup? There is a way to weld to cast... Being its a begi manifold, its worth money and i wouldn't.Originally posted by festivafeva View Postbegi manifold which means that it would be a major pain to weld one onto it. Didnt quite think that one all the way through. Sounds like ill be making a new bracket
If you have ever seen turbo tom's yellow miata he took a taco taco turbo manifold and welded an external wastegate to it. Seems to have held up for him :|

external wastegate?
^^yes ma'am

1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor
1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)
If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

The Tial part was never the question, it was the way that cast manifold was welded.Originally posted by PhoenixSHO View PostTiAL or go home.
Turbocharging can become real messy real quick when you use ebay crap.
Darn i wish we could tag people on a forum like facebook. If this is possible, i would do this with my new turbo setup!
