Ray, do a search for Weber conversion. You will find there is a Dickemeyer intake manifold almost ready for production. It will be far better than any adapter to the stock manifold.
Note the years! The older Mazda 121 was a rear wheel drive car. I doubt that older engine intake would be the same as a later model B series intake. I wouldn't take the chance if I were you. At the very least write them and see if you can get a clear answer from someone who sounds like he knows his business.
In the meantime, one of our members has come out with adapters, and another one may be coming out with a whole custom intake.
Look around.
