  • Intake tube size?

What size is the throttle body intake? 2 1/2" or 3". Was looking at installing aftermarket intake tubes on my Tracer b6.

I meant the tube leading up to the throttle body, before the throttle plate.

A 3 inch intake pipe on a 1.3l motor is total over kill. People use that size on 600hp turbo applications

OD of the TB is a hair over 2.5" IIRC. I used a 2.5" silicone coupler, it was a "snug" fit. Don't use the ones that AZ sells b/c they get pretty hard when they are cold. Get real silicone ones from e-bay. This is the one I used:
Our silicone hose can be used with a variety of pipe sizes and bends. Universal Application for Connecting Turbo Piping or Intake Piping. 1 X Silicone Hose. Made of High Quality Silicone. Need Help?.
