I wouldnt hit a bull in the ass with KB junk! Lay the coin for a nice forged unit if you plan to spray it...

The LA Mopars can make some good power if built right. Id personally look for a 340 or 360 to build but the 318 can be respectable in its own right.

We had some KB failure or noise (either - not both ) but it was the machine shop using bore clearance specs that did not work. What happened in NC ?

Had one set break at the wristpin on a NA 363W and another set crack at the ringland on the same engine. A set of Ross pistons on same tune solved the issue
