My goal is to provide the best quality parts possible for our little cars, since there is zero aftermarket designed for them.

Rough cut, 3/4 inch radius, needs a little sanding but ready to go! This is what I've been waiting for. 6 revisions later.

Thanks. Hopefully it's pro quality by the time I'm done. Our poor festivas need some bolt on power adders, I'd like to see the quarter mile record set by a b6 engine. I'm still leaning towards a up facing throttle body, so that a 90 degree silicone coupler could be placed at any angle in the engine bay, making this a true universal intake

              Price?

I still would love a custom mani, but for now no money. But it would be good to know a ballpark number to save for.

Any difference that makes no difference is no difference.

This will probably end up running a person 250. I have about 90 in metal, core, and welding supplies. It'll have vacuum ports, but anything else like iac will be extra. Can also do custom throttle bodies. I'll have probably 8 hours into one.

That's extremely reasonable. I've seen simpler and easier priced at double that, but you won't sell $400-500 manifolds here. It just won't happen IMO.

I will hopefully be getting up with you sometime soon.

Forum bros get the deal. If I ever listed on eBay it'd be 150 more. Look at me though, talking about selling stuff I've never made. Lol. I'm just excited, something to keep me busy all winter. I'd love to have a backlog of orders. Take some pto from work and do man crafts in my heated barn.

Looks great! As for technical input, can't help you there. But, you are doing festiva things and that is awesome!

I'm kinda stuck on throttle bodies though. Can anyone give a run down on opening size and bolt spacing on b6 v b6t. I always thought the aspire and festiva bodies had the same bolts but they don't.

The b3 throttle body is a direct bolt on to the b6d manifold.
An idea can turn to dust or magic, depending on the talent that rubs against it.

The festiva b3 throttle I'll assume. How about the b6t?
