  • B6d exhaust manifolds

Bought a couple flanges last week, going to make a couple log t3 manifolds then I might upgrade my skills to something like a ram horn for the 1.6. That design is slightly more complex than a log :-). I made my weld fixture today as to minimize flange warping. uploadfromtaptalk1447550823874.jpguploadfromtaptalk1447550839901.jpg

Those look cool I have a megan racing top mount converted to down mount and t3. I was gunna cut the head flange off and make a long tube for the b6d.
Are there any cheap headers out there with similar port spacig?

No fwd b6d headers available. Maybe Honda. But too much work

needs some pipe trimming. Nice parts though.

Opinions or expertise on what angle the turbo flange should be, or if it should be centered or off center one way or the other.

Thanks. Need to get a split port gas regulator so I can back flush this thing with argon for welding. Don't want any sugaring on the inside. Sucks I can't just do this overnight. I get a step further and I'm off to mctool for one thing or another. Bought a good miter saw today. Better than the typical chop saw because of angle adjustments.

I think I have some solar flux still laying around somewhere. I'd hate to see what a dual flowmeter would cost at airgas. Unless you wanna order one online.

I suspect we could tee it with a restrictor, right?
