Turbo with factory manifold?

Sounds like you should use your aspire manifold with a custom flange that matches your turbo. You could have a local welder weld it on there for 50 dollars or so.

Based on how tight the 3800 was in the back end, I think the northstar would really be rough.

Yeah no way that's happening I seen a KL swap and it barely fit

Yeah, there's not room up front for sure. I remember measuring. Completely custom firewall forward for sure.

Just cut the aspire manifold flange off and weld on turbo flange. or weld another flange to it.

Or don't worry about flanges and just weld the turbo to the manifold like I did. Lol.
