    Ah, ok. Well, I like touchy throttles and this trans will need to be rebuilt or replaced in not too long, so I'll try it and see how it works out, even if it breaks something

      What i thought you meant by 'wanting a higher tension pressure plate so you can bang off shifts quicker' is that you wanted to shift faster than an oem pressure plate will allow. I have driven with 3 different oem replacement clutches over the years and i believe trying to shift faster than the oem pressure plate allows will damage the transmission pretty quickly. The exedy is supposed to have a higher tension pressure plate but have a disc that isnt too grabby.
