Clutch then syncros if you powershift, failure from that point are hard to tell what went crunch next. Loose some teeth befor if froze up snapping the mainshaft, or shaft lock up causing teeth to sheer?

It depends on what engine you have. You could kill a Festiva transmission with a B3 if you beat on it long enough. From my experience, the differential (spider gears) goes first, then the case cracks. After that, you'd probably strip gears, then snap gear shafts... some where in there, you may snap the axles... but I never had that happen to me.

Huh. Never had diff gears go, or a case crack without plenty
of bits rattling around inside first.
