An added benefit of having cruise control. I had the upper speedometer cable lengthened slightly so that the connection to the tach cluster is without strain. Also, the upper speedometer cable may be removed from the cruise sensor for easy instrument cluster removal. There was an 88 RX-7 at the wreckers yesterday. Lots of orange stuff in mint condition. Even the lighter was never used.

I thought everyone would like to see where I mounted my cruise switch. I finally installed a bulb from another cruise switch (because I'm too lazy to source the miniature bulbs). Here are both bulbs glowing orange with the cruise button pressed in. Notice I still have the original rubber on the handle of my trip odometer.
