When you pull the rocker arms from the head dont forget the order in which the springs between the rockers sit, and don't forget to remove the 10mm bolt towards the disty side of the engine. Side it out lube the new one and slide it in.....reverse the rest of the procedures.

Work slow. Work carefully. Make plenty of mental notes. Be methodical and clean. Do this, and you'll get it done perfectly.

festivaWES, what are you doing w/the B6 SOHC out of your car? Did you install the FMS cam? Was it worth it? And if you are planning on selling it let me know I am interested. -Kyle

Yeah i installed the cam in it....spend the 165 elsewhere on a better motor swap, like it did. If you want to stay with the b6-e to each their own. Yes it adds performance i'd say about 8 ponies...more with a P&P and valve job. I could sell you my whole head if you want in the near future if your interested.

My car is getting a BP01 SOHC block with the BP05 DOHC head, wiseco 8.5:1 pistons .0040 overboard bringing it up to a 83mm pistons if I'm not mistaken.
