Has anyone tried it on a festiva?? I know it promotes premature tire wear and wear on the axels.....Has anyone took apart a trany to see if there's adequate room for welding??

I don't know if that works on FWD. Might have trouble turning. -
Many honda guys have done it in the past.....yeah about the handling issues, not a good idea---------------------------------------------------

Yes you can but if its not a track (drag) car dont do it. Turning will be very difficult & the tires will skip around the corner.
It's a good thing you don't read the stickies, you might of learned something.

I would not want to try it on a FWD vehicle .
I have seen it done many times on a RWD car .
You should hear my rear tires squall on the S-10, when I turn corners . 21.5 rubber and a full spool

You need an lsd, spools don't work on fwd cars.1996 Aspire, 2DR 5SPD 185 60 14, Aluminum rims, Mild Stereo system, some neon tubes, 185 000 km not a speck of rust runs like a champ
