  • Sun Automobile hyper ground wire and voltage box

Has anyone used the voltage box?? Just bought one today the LR for 104 dollars. I have one of their ground wire kits already, only reason i bought it was because it actually had dyno proven gains. I guess the box is basically a capacitor that stores power to release to your electrical system?? Is this right?

    Any thoughts appreciated

Friend on another forum that I frequent bought one. I don't recall his exact post, but he said it didn't net much, if anything... Take the $104 and put it towards something else.

I've seen them on the grounding systems throughout import tuner mags and sport compact cars. I did know about this box, so i thought i'd give it a whirl.

              lol

groung box and other things like this is absolutely nothing...

your ecu is built to work in a very dirty electrical system and i dont know how a groung can be upgraded... except if you have bad ground or big audio in your car...

              put your $$$ elsewhere

Sadly he already wasted his money on a ground wire kit.

Now he's buying the super duper flux capacitor "box" that "holds" electricity to smooth out the voltage.

4 gauge is not the ideal grounding width, its the best looking yes but it is too thick the current splits off too much, 8-12 gauge is ideal.

Have any info to back up the claim? It would seem the bigger the wire the better it would ground the voltage. If it is true than I will go swap mine out for smaller ones. -Kyle

Current splits off the where? Current follows the path of least resistance, which larger wire will always provide. 0g or 4g may be overkill, but never harmful.
