I did a little lookup and I couldn't find much on the FMS cams. I was wondering if anyone was running the Racing Cams. If so how are they. Do you recommend the Competition cams? I'm not really concerned about the "rough idle"

I have 1 in my b3 and Im very happy with the performance gains. I had installed it with stock compression, it made a small difference. Then I hade the head shaved to give it about 10.5 then you can really feel and hear a difference. When I put the cam in I also installed a set of the performance valve springs. -
be careful with those performance springs!!! i had the same setup as you and 3 months later i blew through 7 out of 8 lobes on the cam....Trees aren't kind to me...
