Ill get pics. The tracks bolt in (it looks like it) Its the motor that dosent bolt in.

I also bought them just for the switches. I've had the protoge regs in my car for awhile too.

My bad, they bolt up.. They use a different set of holes tho. I Didn't notice it because i had sound deadener covering the holes.. I'll grab pix this evening.

elcamino1, have you wired up the switches? did you use relays or did you run the current straight thru the switches?

                      stefan -
if you run your switches with full current that is alot of draw through them and they will get hot - thus shortening the life-span of them - I would use relays to control the windows you can put the relay in the door or under the dash or the hood like on modern cars.

From repairs I've seen on power windows its water damage to replace switches and use or a motor failure to replace relays.

Did that a long time ago. Just was wondering, because the switches have decent ga wire coming in/out of them. Ill probably just hook the new switches up to the relays.

if the switches have 18ga wire, and only 3 terminals, then they're designed to operate a relay. If they have 16ga or 14ga wire, and 5-6 terminals, they are designed to handle the current of the motor directly. Tpically, a switch like that can tolerate 30mps, and the motors typically draw 5-10amps. Relays may be unnecessary overkill, but do what you are most comfortable with.

The switches are 6 terminal on the drivers side and 5 on the passenger side. I'd estimate that the wire is about 16ga (off the top of my head) I'd have to go look at the switches to be sure though.

then they're designed to operate without relays. Again, if relays make you more comfortable, us 'em.
