Thanks again for you help guys.

At this point, i've finally gotten around to installing all major components and the interior wiring. But as I installed all the engine bay stuff I noticed I was missing one important part from the kit Tim sent me, the AC crank pulley. Ergh.

I'll have to take pics of what the other pulleys look like (it seems there are different kinds of pulleys available?).

Is this pulley only available from our junkyard resources/for sale ads or can it be sourced (at a premium) new?

I scanned over this briefly so forgive me if someone mentioned this. Before you start anything take a tap and clean up the holes in the block where the mounting bracket goes. Since the holes have not been used before the threads will have rust and dirt in them. If fact the threads may not be good. Use a bottom end tap and plenty of oil and try to clean them up. Just go in a turn or two at a time then back the tap all the way back out and clean it. Just keep doing that until you get all the holes clean. Go slow and keep cleaning the tap. If you try to go to much at once you risk breaking the tap off in the hole. Not a good thing. Hopefully you can salvage the threads and not have to rethread.

Thanks for the tip Freshtiva. Yes, I did use a tap to clean up the holes and the provided bolts threaded right in. No problems at all there.
