Finally got the visors done - it wasnt as hard as I thought it would be. I simply cut along the seam at the top and pulled the foam and wire frame out. I then cut along the sides and part of the bottom cureved section to make it lay flat (not cutting the bottom) I then traced the visor upside down on my new material giving myself a little extra room. sewed it insideout accept the top. reincerted the foam and frames and then sewed the top with a trailing stitch- I painted the frame end that connects to the roof before I installed it - Heres how they turned out

I hear ya on the vinyl, I was more talking about the hard plastic pieces, like around the back seat, and in the cargo area. I was lazy, I guess, and just wrapped my visors with material that matched my seat covers. I like your idea much better tho. Looks good.
