Check Ebay, you can get damaged ones on there cheap if you're patient. I think we picked this one up for $25. Just got to repack it and it'll be good to go.

Well I submitted a low offer last night on the Bosal one and ended up getting it, so I guess I'll be trying that one out. It's an oval cannister and the description says it's quiet so hopefully it works out. I'm not really keen on that "dtm" style tip though. Will probably end up cutting it off so it's straight

I was gonna check on summit too, I just had to wait to see what was gonna happen with the offer I put in on the Bosal one. Getting the Bosal for $20 so I'm guessing it will be worth it

This is what I'm dealing with in my spare tire area...

Planning on cutting it out entirely and welding in some sheet metal to make it completely flat back there. Then I'll have plenty of room underneath for the exhaust!
This is the exhaust that's going on it...

when you mentioned rust holes i didnt imagine one large enough for the spare to fall out through. i can see how fumes can be a problem.

i got a free, Apexi 4 1/2 inch fart can from my friend. I put it on for giggles and it really sounds awful, but it would definatly like to get a better sounding muffler eventually lol

Before I took that pic I had already cut a bunch of metal out, but it was still pretty bad. I'm still able to put the spare in there too! That was the only rust to speak of on the car when I got it though!

I had an apexi world sport 2 on my prelude and loved it! Super quiet, but had a nice low rumble to it when you got on it!

Yeah, I'm not really sure what happened with this one. I was kinda bummed when I first got the car and cleaned it out enough to see this since it was so full of trash when I got it all I could really look at was the outside. Alas, the well will be completely cut out and new metal welded in back there. Then I gotta figure out how/where I'm gonna store my spare

With no spare tire well, you have enough room to do duals.

Or maybe straight to the back with 2 nice fat tips coming out where the license plate goes on your bumper.
