Did some more clearancing for my wheels which included making some flares.
This is the absolute bottom out position of my suspension travel. At this point there is no turning. v

Mocked up what I needed for a flare out of some 1/8" PVC I had. v

Covered it with tape so I could get it back off and glassed over it. v

That gave me clearance to turn the wheel lock to lock at rock bottom. v

Next I pulled the flare off with the mock-up piece still inside it, and trimmed off the excess after removing the form. v

Preped the fender( which included cutting away the metal that was originally in the way) and mounted the flare. v

Did a little filler work to blend it in...v

And some primer...v

Made molds so I can reproduce them if needed. v

I'm not doing anything with the back, but flipped around and with a little work.......they could be put there pretty easy. v

Keep in mind that fiberglass and messing with molds is something that I have never done before this project. There was a little trial and error.
