Just got a full FMS kit for my festy!!!

Outside the communication issue I've had no problems with FMS, Roger or his products. When I've spoken with him Roger has been very helpful, product quality has been good and the shipping costs haven't been out of the ordinary.

I'd buy from him again and probably will.

I have to agree with you, i've never had a bad experience with him and until i do, i will keep going back to him

Well I order I full ath kit for my festiva last Friday and they said I need it to pay 300 for a deposit and as of right now they haven't charged it yet to my credit card.. He also said he was gonna call me back to give me a shipping quot but he never called back!! I called back a few days later to find out what was going on and he said he was gonna call me back in a few minutes but he never did!! So I don't even know if he's gonna even gonna sell me the kit!! I left him my credit card number and everything so the can charge the 300 deposit he ask me to leave so they could start the production of the kit ,, but as of right now I haven't heard from them at all!! I guess I'll have to call back for the 4th time to see what's going on!!

The impression i get from FMS is when Roger says "I'll call you back in a few mins" he might as well say "call ME back in a few mins" :lol:

I have problems getting him to answer when I call. He doesn't have the parts I want in stock. He's been telling me they are on order for over a year now. I'm glad he didn't have me pay for them, but frustrated because I can't find the parts anywhere else.

Good thing he hasnt charge the $300 deposit yet !!! cuz i probably wont be seeing that money ever again !!!! I called this past friday to find out about the ath kit i had order and all i got was the answering machine !!! so much for being open on fridays !!!:p

correct! Roger won't charge the deposit until he has the parts ready to go. Again, not a good communicator, but NOT a thief.

i mapquested the shop and went there when i had my first festiva years ago because my family lived in towson, and it was his personal house and he threatned to call the cops if me and my father didnt leave, i was literally all excited, it literally scared me

to the day i have no idea why he was so rude
