Soon I should be cutting out my rear seat supports in Aqua. In reading Cris Rummel's pictorial on his B6T swap, he says he used a Rotozip to cut off the windshield washer bottle neck support bracket under the hood.
(FYI, after I cut out the supports, I will probably be covering the cut areas with either paneling, sheeting of some kind, or pickup bed liner stuff. I can pound down the leftover metal areas that stick up, so a perfectly flush cut won't be necessary.)
Would this tool be good for cutting out the seat supports, too? Are there many versions of the Rotozip, and if so, which should I get?
I just don't think my 10 amp Dewalt recip saw would be best for cutting out the supports.
Ideas? How have you all cut out your supports?
Thanks,
Karl
