Yep i did to , i took the green dash and preformed a light modd i removed the cluster pulled the stupid green lense from the top of the light display ,two silver screws and it lifts off , removed two bulbs in four light harness the two bulbs i left in i took and lightly sprayed with a clearish orange tint hobby paint , and re installed the cluster minus the green lense and two bulbs , four bulbs were way to bright it killed the green tint on the numbers , what do you guys think ? I tried to change the bulb size and play with the analog cluster, but gave up when I saw the digital one. Some day I will install my orange digital cluster.

I'm gonna remove the upper light bar and replace it with a diffused LED strip or fluorescent bar, then replace the backlight bulbs with blue LEDS and paint the orange needles with luminescent blue paint.

Of course, after I get a damn white face gauge set.

I think the white numbered gauges came in 90+ EFI cars.

The fluorescent light bar I was thinking about is $10 on eBay, and you wire it right into the leads on the cluster board. You put black tape over the half that doesn't face the hole, then sand the exposed portion with 1,000 grit sand paper to diffuse the light some so it's not so sharp.

Last, file out the holes on top of the cluster so it's a single, long hole instead of one over each gauge. that will make the light even over the entire gauge face instead of highlighting each of the larger gauges.

Nah, did it on my Civic a little different than that, but never took pics. I'll do one eventually and post it up, but don't hold your breath.

Be careful about painting the needles. The speedo and tach are calibrated to the weight of the needles. A light dusting of spray paint will probably be ok, but dont brush it on. I learned this the hard way
